The full-size deep pans in this bundle are intended for use as water pans beneath the half-size food pans, not as stand-alone food pans directly over chafing fuel. The full-size lids are included for covering pans during transport, storage, or when holding food off the burner (not while in use as water pans).
Not included: Chafing fuel cans. Standard chafing fuel is required to keep food warm and is sold separately.
